“I’d like to say how valuable your classes have been to me over the last years. It is nearly 5 years since I came to your class at Springhill Court following a recommendation. I am so glad that I did. I have so many excellent tools now to deal with anxiety, I feel a lot happier and more at ease with myself and those around me. I am still learning how to manage migraines, but have a better way of coping with them. I feel more emotionally stable which is a great step forward and a freedom. After experiencing psychosis and being hospitalised twice, the big challenge for me is to be active but not overactive. To stay calm and stable but not lethargic, to be empathic but not exhausted. So all the practices and importantly the philosophy help enormously. Thank you.” Sarah, Thirsk

The alpacas have featured on the Yorkshire Vet, Countryfile and in excellent Trip Adviser reviews. We will meet at the farm and Jackie will introduce us to her animals. If the weather is bad, we might need to postpone and if you cannot make it you will be offered a refund.
