Yin is a quiet yoga practice where poses are held for an extended time letting us delve deep into the connective tissues and energetic layers within. After the tissues are stressed, the rehydrate, retain or improve their health and elasticity.
Jane and Joe are co-creating a unique workshop where Joe’s ethereal Handpan music will support your practice and help your focus.
Bring your yoga mat, blocks, blankets and other props to support you in the poses. £25

Have fun, relax, practice yoga, feel happier by joining an outdoor yoga class with the calming company of alpacas. The alpacas are used to people and many of them go on regular walks, they are inquisitive, quiet an timid. It’s an all-levels class, so grab your mat, bring your layers and get ready for a unique experience.
Jacki’s alpacas have featured on the Yorkshire Vet, Countryfile and in excellent Trip Adviser reviews. We will meet at the farm, please park in the parking area near the farm gate and walk up to the farm. If the weather is bad, we might need to postpone and if you cannot make it you will be offered a refund. Investment £11
