Taking a one-off, or a series of private yoga sessions, is an investment for your personal growth and health. The sessions are brilliantly beneficial for many reasons and will be specifically tailored to meet your individual needs whatever they may be.
Group classes are great, and help create a strong sense of community and affordable yoga. However, the teacher has to attend to the needs of the whole group and cannot solely focus on one individual. In a private yoga session, like in the ancient tradition of yoga, the teacher is able to focus purely on the unique needs of one student. A student’s needs depend on their unique biology and biography.
